How to Change XP Start Button Text

1st, Download and Open Resource Hacker.
2nd, Goto %system% and find explorer.exe and make a backup.
3rd, Open explorer.exe with Resource hacker
4th, Now expand "String Table > 37 > 1033"
5th, Now change the text start to anything you want. and restart your PC.
